Welcome to Reveals. By accessing or using Reveals (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Reveals.
• By using Reveals, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally able to accept these Terms.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are underage or otherwise ineligible.

2. Nature of the Service

Reveals is an experimental anonymous chat-and-reveal platform where personality comes first and visual identity is unlocked progressively.

• Reveals provides software tools for communication between users.
• We do not guarantee matches, response rates, compatibility, or any relationship outcome.
• You are responsible for your own conversations, decisions, and interactions.

3. Strict Minor Safety Policy

Reveals has zero tolerance for underage access or content involving minors.

• No one under 18 may use this Service.
• You must not request, share, depict, or normalize sexualized content involving minors.
• Suspected violations may lead to immediate account action and legal escalation where required.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Reveals to:

• Violate laws or promote criminal activity.
• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or exploit other users.
• Share hate speech, extremist content, violent threats, or explicit abusive material.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security, or abuse platform systems.
• Pressure users to move to external apps in ways that violate safety policies.

5. User Safety and Off-Platform Interactions

• Do not share sensitive personal details unless you fully trust the other person.
• Any off-platform interaction is your own decision and risk.
• Reveals is not responsible for offline incidents or third-party platform behavior.

6. Accounts, Guest Access, and Session Security

• You may use Reveals as a guest or through a claimed/registered account where available.
• You are responsible for activity under your session or account.
• We may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate access to protect users, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

• We may use automated checks, reports, and operational logs to detect abuse.
• We may mute, disconnect, block, or ban users and devices for policy violations.
• We may disclose information when necessary for legal requests or serious safety threats.

8. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Reveals, you acknowledge that policy as part of these Terms.

9. Paid Features and Purchases

• Reveals may offer paid digital features and plan upgrades.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; by purchasing, you authorize charges shown at checkout.
• Unless required by law, completed digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Paid access grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable use right.
• Paid features may be delayed, suspended, or revoked for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or fraudulent activity may result in feature removal or account restrictions.

10. Disclaimers

• Reveals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or error-free operation.
• Content and conversations are user-generated and are not professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reveals and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses of profits, data, or goodwill related to your use of the Service.

If liability is established, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the prior 6 months, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveals, its operators, and team members from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Service and Terms Updates

• We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the effective date accordingly.
• Continuing to use Reveals after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Reveals is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
