Account & Profile
Manage your account settings, security, and personal information:
- •Password Resets: If you've forgotten your password, you can trigger a reset from the Reset Password page. You will receive a secure link via your registered email.
- •Account Deletion: You have full control over your data. To permanently delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is instantaneous and cannot be undone.
- •Profile Verification:Pro Plus members receive a verified badge once their account is fully set up. If your badge isn't showing, ensure your profile fields (age, interests) are complete.
Billing & Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- •Refunds: Since Day Passes are one-time use, they are generally non-refundable. For subscription issues, please contact our team within 48 hours.

- •Browser Compatibility: Reveals works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Ensure yours is updated to the latest version.
- •Clear Cache:If you're seeing outdated information or layout issues, clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page often fixes the problem.
- •Reporting a Bug: Found a bug? Send us a screenshot and a brief description of what happened at support@reveals.live.
